またまた酒ネタですが、きき酒師おちずちゃんの酒テイスティングパーチーに行って来ました。今回の目玉は大七の大吟醸！こっちのレストランなどで頼むと$1,000（10万円）位するそうな。ちずちゃんはこれを初めて飲んだ時に涙が出たとか。私は、すでに他のお酒で酔っぱらってたので涙は出ませんでしたが、感動と感激と盆と正月が一気に来た感じでした。そしてなんとこの大吟醸のボトルはベネチアグラスだそうです〜。セレブシェフなど有名どころがいっぱいで、素敵な雰囲気のイベントでした♪。ご飯も美味しかった〜ん。

I went to my friend Chizuko Niikawa the sake sommelier's sake tasting party in East Village. The main sake was called Dai Shichi and the best quality Dai Ginjo is normally $1,000 a bottle at a restaurant. That was just... Amazing... Really testy and deep. The bottle was beautifully designed by Venetian glass. I was very lucky to experience this amazing sake! Thanks, Chizuko!

最近仲良くしてもらってる酒ソムリエのチズちゃんの紹介でタダ酒飲んできました！きき酒師の資格を持つ新川チズちゃんは酒ソムリエ世界コンテストで３位！に輝いたすごい人なのです。超高級酒『おくの』のテイスティングをクラブでやると聞いて、そそくさ行って飲んだら、あら不思議。焼酎じゃありませんか？？味は焼酎なのに、アルコール度数の関係で酒分類になるとかなんとか、酔っぱらってあんまり覚えてませんが、美味しかったわ〜！テイスティングなのにガブガブロックで飲みまくってしまいました。酒ボトルを冷やしてる氷の彫刻はなんど$1,000! あのレストランMEGUにある氷の仏陀を作ってる日本人の氷彫刻家さん作だそうです。美味しかったし楽しかった。ごち＋ありがとう〜♪

My friend Chizuko Niikawa is a sake sommelière and became #3 in the world sake sommelière contest! She knows the best restaurants and best drinks in the city so I'm trying to follow her everywhere she goes! :) Her friends who import Okuno had an event at a club to introduce it to the American market and all the drunk American people loved it! The ice sculpture that is cooling the bottle of sake is created by a Japanese ice sculptor who also makes the ice Buddha for restaurant MEGU in NY and the one above is $1,000!
